These terms govern detailing services provided by Outatime Detailing LLC (“OutaTime Detailing,” “we,” “us”) and your use of this website. By booking or accepting our services, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide mobile auto detailing at your location in Celina, Collin County, and nearby areas. We arrive fully equipped — you do not need to provide water or power. Paint correction and ceramic coating are performed in-shop.
Quotes & pricing
Published prices are by vehicle class. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of the vehicle and is agreed with you before work begins. The price you approve is the price you pay.
Scheduling, weather & cancellations
Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. Severe weather may require rescheduling — we will contact you as early as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can, ideally 24 hours.
Vehicle condition
Please tell us about pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts or wraps, and any known issues before service, and remove valuables from the vehicle. We use safe, proven methods and professional products; we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, or for the condition of already-deteriorated surfaces (such as failing clear coat, brittle trim, or aged tint) that existing wear makes unpredictable.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of service by the payment methods we offer.
If something isn’t right
Tell us within 48 hours of service and we will work with you to address it. That is the whole point of this business.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Collin County, Texas.
